Roles and responsibilities
- Focus on the overall recruitment process by updating the current procedures and implementing new sourcing methods.
- Handle all aspects of the HR process in the organization.
- Coordinate daily HR tasks and handle them in a timely manner without supervision.
- Communicate the HR policies, rules, and regulations effectively & professionally and ensure compliance.
- Understand the grievances of employees and take it up with the management to resolve issues.
- Play an integral part of the training, internship, and other related activities.
- Coordinate employee appraisals and promotions.
- Conduct employee engagement activities to create a positive and fun-filled work atmosphere.
- Maintain, prepare and update HR portal, and other official documents and sheets.
